Where the customer is never right... BEWARE!!

I bought a ring a Cape Jewel on the 02/02/2013 as a gift for my fiance, prior to payment the sales assistant told me the ring could be enlarged. The ring was taken back on the 18/02/2013 to do the enlargement. The same sales assistant then told my fiance it could not be enlarged as it was a wrap around of diamonds. Later that day I went in to the store to fix the problem, they then offered to send it in to the supplier and find a bigger size. Upon return 2 weeks later after excuses of the wrong ring being sent in they couldnt find a bigger size. As there was nothing else in the store I wanted I insisted on a refund as it was the mistake of the sales assistant and not me. I phoned numerous times to be told that the boss Mr. Esterhuizen would get back to me. Its the 21st March more than a month later and this man has still not contacted me, we went and fetched the ring they gave it back with no casing or nothing. Just stating that this man clearly doesnt think much of his customers and therefor doesnt deserve to have any SO BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
