Manager insulted me

To whom it may concern
. I bought a MyGica Analog TV Tuner Stick (New) for R329, 90 from Cash Crusader on Saturday the 16 March 2013. The item was tested in store and worked fine. I took it home and installed the software that it comes with and all was well until Tuesday the 19 March 2013, when I tried to use the Analog TV stick it did not work, I tried re installing the software it still did not work. On Wednesday 20 March 2013 I went to the store to complain about the Analog TV Stick that stopped working after 3 days of purchase, I told the man who had sold the item about my problem tested it, it did not work and then he told me that I had to speak to the manager. The manager told me that there was nothing he could do to anything for me as the item did not come with any guarantee, I protested that I wasn't told anything about this on the time of purchase. He called the guy that sold me item. The guy and the lady at the counter said that they told me that the item did not carry any guarantee and that only electronics have guarantees but as far as I know the item is electronic. The manager of the store (thinking that I could not understand english) insulted me by saying that I'm gay
