I returned a jeggin which had manufacturin problem with stiches, the item was bought at Eastgate a month prior da incident at polokwane. The cashier told me she need a slip, I told them I bought them cash and ddnt keep it because the item was my right size n ddnt know the stiches wil be faulty. She refused called the department manager, sipho his name, but surely he ws swazi speakin n da only one speakin swazi in that sore. He told me he won't xchange the item because I ddnt hav the slip, I asked him the items is a Free brand which is sold by edgars, he told me can't risk his job beacuse I ddnt keep da slip. How rude for a Manager to say such things to customers, I left my details and that item in the store even today the item is in their store, n never contacted me with a solution but my money is in their bank... very bad attitude as he even walked out while I was talkin with him and the cashie
