I HAVE AN ITEM ON CASH BACK AT CASH CRUSADERS IN PRIMROSE WHERE I PHONED THE MANAGER ROELIEN AND EXPLAIN MY SITUATION THAT I WAS ROBBED AND I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AT THE MOMENT TO PAY THE INTEREST .. WITH A VERY SNOTTY ATTITUDE I WAS TOLD U EITHER PAY THE INTEREST BY TODAY THE 16/09/2013 OR WE SELL THE ITEM .. I PHONED THE REGIONAL OFFICE WHERE I WAS TOLD I MUST GIVE THEM 2 HOURS - THE 2 HOURS WAS OVER AT 12H00 AND I HAVE HEARED NOTHING FROM THE OWNER NOT THE REGIONAL MANAGER FROM THE EAST RAND DIVISION .. LOOKS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NIL AND VOIDED WHEN IT COMES TO A PERSON REALLY BEING IN A CRISIS... YOU EITHER PAY OR WE SELL WHICH MEANS I CANT GET TO WORK FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK BECAUSE OF CASH CRUSADER HAVING NO REMORSE FOR SOMEONE THAT WAS ROBBED

MAYBE THEY SHOULD LEARN THAT THE FUTURE OF THE COMPANY DEPENDS ON YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!...
