Hello
I received an SMS two weeks ago... saying that my account had been handed over to MBD Legal collections. I called the number and I was told that MDB had no information about why I owed the money, "they just collect". I made a call only information I got was that I owed R412 and that it was a Milady's account. My Milady's account was closed 1991.
Later I received another SmS and i made another a call, this time they said my outstanding balance is R179.26. Is this possible!
And they expect me to provide proof for closing an account.
