Appalling customer service & sales of damaged good

I purchased coaches from furniture city in November 2011 after 7 days of delivery I reported to the store
That the 3 sitter coach is damaged & asked for a replacement. They keep calling me promising to replace
The coach but to date nothing has been done yet payments are being debited from my account
Every month without fail.

Furniture city has the most poor service that I have ever experienced!
