I placed an order on 11 November 2013. I paid for the order in full. On 12 November I could see online that you guys received the proof of payment, and the order went into "Processing Order" stage.
What I ordered wasn't out of stock, so I just want to know what the hold up is, as I actually needed the stuff by this weekend...
I did email you guys TWICE, yesterday and today. And automatic email came back saying one of your consultants will contact me... still haven't heard from anyone. When I try to phone you guys the phone gets dropped. I tried calling three times.
I am a first time customer, and this is really not a nice experience...
All I want is some answers on when I will received my order. I really hoped that seeing as I paid IN FULL, the hold up won't be as long.?
Please let me know, as I now might have to make alternative arrangements for this weekend, costing me even more money..
