BAD ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER AND SHOP ASSISTANT

ON THE 11TH OF AUGUST 2013 MY HUSBAND AND MY TWO KIDS WENT TO GAME STORE JABULANI AS WE LIVE NEARBY AND WE FREQUENT THIS STORE REGULARLY, WE WENT TO BUY BACKPACKS AND A DUFFLE BAG (FUSION) THERE WERE NO PRICES ON THE SHELVES FOR THE BACKPACKS AND THE DUFFLE BAGS WERE PRICED ON THREE SHELVES FOR R299. WE ASKED A SHOP ASSISTANT WHO SAID IT WAS NOT HIS DEPARTMENT HENCE HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND.
WE ASKED FOR SOMEBODY WHO COULD ASSIST AND HE SHOWED US THE SCANNER AND TOLD US TO CHECK THE PRICES. WHEN WE CHECKED THE PRICES ON THE BACKPACKS THEY WERE R299 AND THE DAFFLEBAG WAS R499, WE ASKED HIM HOW THAT WAS POSSIBLE HE SAID IT WAS THE SUPPLIER AND NOT IS PROBLEM. HE THEN WENT TO THE SCANNER AND CHECKED THE PRICES, THE PRICES FOR THE DUFFLEBAGS WERE NOT THE SAME. THE CODES WERE DIFFERENT HENCE THE DIFFERENT PRICES, SO WE ASKED HIM THAT WE DIDNT UNDERSTAND THAT A DUFFLEBAG CAN COST MORE THAN A BACKPACK HE SAID ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM BUT THE SUPPLIERS PROBLEM.
WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER WHO AFTER LISTENING TO OUR STORY SAID THAT IT'S NOT HIS PROBLEM WE DONT UNDERSTAND PRODUCTION. WE SHOULD TAKE THE BAGS OR LEAVE THEM ITS UP TO US. WE WERE VERY IRRATE BECAUSE THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGISE FOR NO
