On Friday 22 March 2013 I called into the branch at the following number 011 675 2026 @ 10h20 for assistance to open my credit card for international travelling.
After being transferred and holding for 13 minutes just to open a credit card for international travelling. This is totally unexceptable. Only after asking to speak to the branch manager the enquiry was dealt with within 2 minutes.
Hearing such wonderful advertisements on FNB a client would like to take pride in its banker, but I am very upset with this service. How do you pride in switching banks in under 10 minutes if you cannot even answer your phones in 10 minutes??
