I have been struggling with Edgar's employees for the last three months without any assistance!
Firstly, I travel often for work purposes and therefore visit different Edgars stores throughout the country. Overall service is bad but I must say that the Edgars that takes the cake is the one in Carnival Mall!!
Each time I go to the customer service, no one is there - when someone finally arrives they tell me that they can't give me my account number because they don't know how ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?? WHY ELSE DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE?? And this has not happened only once but twice where I had to actually search for a Manager to help me get my account number! Besides that, there are always empty till points and queues with no one willing to help.
But more than that - I have registered online so that I can have a look at my statement etc. This has happened MONTHS ago... Each time I can log on but my account is not linked to my profile. :/ I have called multiple times and each time I get someone telling me that they have now rectified the problem and I will receive an activation sms - to date nothing! I still cannot access my statement online.
No help whatsoever!
