Lodged online query on 16 Oct - re: points for cellphone purchase not allocated (used my PURPLE CASH CARD). Finally received response 29/10, not answering my query, however, just providing points balance? Submitted the same query per email time and time again, but got no proper answer. A "manager" supposedly tried to make contact with me (how many times??) and again, his/her EMAILED one-liner was not adequate. Phoned in on 15/11 and again 18/11 to try to get a satisfactory answer, to no avail. Call centre agent (email & telecom) just don't LISTEN or READ. Supposed "manager" doesn't bother with feedback OR seemingly, does not make concerted effort to make contact. Edgars, edgars, edgars... so many issues with you people!! Can someone with some initiative, drive, professionalism please redeem your company??
