I registered for an online account profile about three weeks so as to view my account and perform other functions online. My problem is even though i did it three weeks ago i cannot view my statement as your system brings out this message
"There are no valid Edcon accounts linked to your online profile. If you are an Edcon account holder then click here to update your online profile or contact the call centre on 0860334277. "
I have linked my account number to this profile but still i keep this message. Can you assist me as a matter of urgency as i am now frustrated with this profile that does virtually nothing and is useless to me
