This is a complaint for urban clothing, seemingly they do not respond to these kinds of complaints, I am hoping Hilton Weiner will assist me.
I bought two shirts a while back which I have worn twice each, the problem is, when I tried ironing these shirts, the creases do not come out regardless of how hot the iron is, whether you sprinkle water on it, its utterly imposible! Its frustrating because these were not cheap but I cannot wear them at all! When I do I look terribly untidy!
I hope I will get a response because apart from these shirts, I have been happy with the clothes from both Urban and Hilton Weine
