Bought two shirts as a gift on a buy 2 special. Unfortunately the cut is slim fit and the person received it doesn't really like the cut. I went to exchange it for something else, I was not requesting a refund. And to my dismay Urban refuses to exchange it for anything else but for the actual shirts on special. As from prev. experience from other main brands only when a item has sale tag may it be restrictive to exchanges. I find this inconsiderate/unprofessional and not worth buying anything from your brand because you are not accommodating and lack highly on customer service. Urban target appears to only be observing the profits and forgetting who supplies that profit is the buyer!! I thought your brand stood for more. MrPrice not being high end brand like yourselves offer better customer service!
