A while back I bought two shirts from Urban. They were on special so I took two. Now I wore these shirts twice washed them then I tried to iron them. That excercise was in vain, the creases cannot be ironed out no matter how hot the iron is, whether u spray water on itts imposible! I cannot wear these shirts anymore because when I do I look untidy. I sent Urban Woodlands an email which they failed to respond to, I'm quite dissapointed to say the leastM I have two shirts which I cannot use and they were not cheap! Please assist.
