I bought a dress from Hilton Weiner Sandton which I had to unfortunately return due to the fact the sequence on the dress was coming out. Ntombi one of the Managers there gave me a credit note which was going to be valid for 3 weeks only. I went to Hilton on Saturday and was disgusted at the service I got from one of the Managers BECKY, who was rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, immature and. I was humiliated by her infont of everyone and I demand an apology and my money back. I've always been a Hilton customer and I have half of our store I told her on Saturday that I'd like her the extend the credit note as what they had in the store I already had, asked her if I could wait until they had new stock to which she responded and said NO Ntombi was wrong for giving a credit note in the first place so I responded with okay what is going to be done then, am I going to given my money back she responded with No to which I responded with she needs to either extend the voucher me my money back.
