Hi.

I went into the Pavilion shopping center last Sunday to purchase groceries from Checkers Hyper. I was in the process of trying of another blend of mugg n bean coffee and when i got home to try the product, i found a bug in the coffee. I immediately phoned the store and spoke to Lenny whom was one of the managers. He told me to bring it in for refund or exchange.

When i went back to store later than evening, i was pleasantly greeted by Lenny. I showed him the product he said he would refund me and for the inconvenience he would reward me another coffee of my choice on the house.

I was amazed by the service he provided and would like to thank him in writing this compliment.
