I rented a vehicle from the Piet Retief branch on 19th June 2013.
One month on and I am still waiting for an invoice, despite numerous requests. My complaint is not against the Piet Retief branch, but rather the Head Office branch responsible for generating the invoice. Each time I ask the Piet Retief personnel for my invoice, they reply, with frustration, that this is the responsibility of Head Office.
