I was told about Zara from a friend. We went and shopped for winter jackets and work clothes there but after only putting the jacket on, to stay warm on the way to work, the sticking had started coming loose. The buttons have come off at the neck fastener (never having ever used the fastener for the neck) and the shoulder strap (obviously just decorative and never gets used). What utter quality is this Zara for the extreme prices they charge. I have n o problem paying for quality but paying R 2000.00 for a jacket that falls apart when you look at it it just appalling. I don't expect there will be any resolve to this as I'm sure there happy to peoples money and leave them dissatisfied but I think people should be alerted to the utter rubbish sold at Zara and their "its not our problem anymore" attitude after you have paid your pretty penny for the half thrown together material they call clothing.
