I settled my account in full in 2009 and to date my account still reflects under ITC that i have a balance with YDE, This type of behaviour is not ethical or good business practise, It has been 4 years that this account was paid in full, I don't see a reason for such poor service from a brand like YDE.
I would like a formal apology in writing and compensation for my inconvenience as my credit record is now messes up because of someones incompetence.
