I ordered furniturre on the 09.02.2013, on the 13.02.2013 i received the 1st delivery which was the lounge suite (LS). This was wrongly delivered as cushions were missing. I spoke to the warehouse guy, he said its best i keep the LS, report it to the branch and a swop out can be done in 2/3 days. I went straight to the branch and spoke to Hermanshu to report the matter- same day, he made copies of the delivery note and said i should receive the new furniture by Friday. No delivery was made! i called on Monday and spoke to Tshepiso who said nothing was logged. To date i still have not received the replacement LS, if i do not call to find out, no attempt is made in contacting me. other than a reminder sms that i will be debited on the 27th March for the goods purchased. How do i pay for goods i have not received in complete. All i want is this to be resolved, if i cannot get the same LS, replace it with another which is of SAME QUALITY AND COST.
I have been informed that at the time of me logging the issue there were 3 LS in warehouse. if Hermanshu had logged it on time i would have not been in this situation, i require this matter to be resolved by this week.
