I bought a dress from edgars in clearwater from forever new. i paid and left asi was in a hurry. when i got home i discovered that it had make up smudges. i decided to return it the following day to edgars in brooklyn. i spoke to lady and told her that i bought the dress as it was the day before and was not happy with it. she told me that they cant accept and spoke to another lady who i assumed was her senior and they advised that they will speak to the manager. she assisted some customers while i was waiting and finally decided to go to the manager. she came back and told me that the manager advised that they wont take the dress. i told them that i would leave the dress as it was bought as it was. i called the head office complaint dept and spoke to a lady who told me that she would speak to the manager and come back to me on the same day. its been more than a week and i still havent received any feedback/call up until today. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS??? SO DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE...
