I bought a formal dress in November 2012. I'm a single mom and I don't buy clothes often - this was a special occasion. I washed the dress after its first use and saw colour inside on the lining. Then in Jan I used the dress again. This time I made sure my maid (who is very good) washed the dress in cold water, with delicate shampoo and all by itself. More colour on the lining and this time on the outside as well. I took it back to Truworths, their complaints office tells me it was my fault and the dress was washed with other clothes. I can guarantee it wasn't. I'm very particular about my clothes and my maid knows she needs to take care of them. I sent the dress back again and no-one is willing to listen. Its been a few months now and I still have not had resolution.
