My 3 seat couch was picked up on the 19 of February due to a factory default as the couch had a spring loose since buying it. I finally call the branch and Raymond tells me that delivering my couch is out of his hands, that he called the regional manager but that didn't help because no one listens to him. My question is why is he the manager if he cant get simple things like a delivery done. He promised to call me back last week i am still waiting for the call. Monthly I'm making payments, I'm paying for goods that are still at the store no one can give me correct information. I am disappointed and very angry and the lack of professional behaviour.
