I purchased a KIC fridge/freezer in November of 2012. After only 4 months the product has stopped cooling. I informed Hifi Corporation of the fault on Monday, 11 March, 2013. It is a week later and I have yet to be contacted by a technician to inspect my fridge. I have made at least 10 calls to Whirlpools Customer services department, only to be greeted with unprofessional and arrogant staff who have said that I should not call them. It has been over a week now, that we have been without the appliance and have endured the loss of much groceries. I am APPALLED by the poor quality, non-existent professionalism, lack of promptness and quite frankly the most pathetic service I have received to date.
