On 26 December 2013, I purchased three men's shirts from the Cresta store. I took these home, unpacked them, had them washed and ironed. I wore the first two and was very pleased with them. When I wanted to wear the third one, I noticed it had no pocket. I had discarded the packaging and proof of purchase soon after unpacking the shirts so I had no proof to offer. Customer services at head-office suggested that I return to the Cresta branch. This I did, exactly one month after the purchase, carrying only the washed/ironed shirt in my hands. I explained the problem to the staff member and without any further questions, he invited me to go and collect a replacement shirt and return to him to check it out. The whole return process was lesss than 10 minutes. Woolworths does live up to it's promise about taking back unsatisfactory goods.
