PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Sunday I visited this branch with the intention of purchasing a product. After some looking I found the product and took it to the till point. A young man sitting on a stool whom I asked if this was the only fragrance they had the product in. He said YES, I asked if there wasn't anything else and he said NO. All the time he did not get off the stool or even bother to look at me. I looked around in the store as things had been moved around since my previous visit. Accompanying me was a friend who brought his wife with him on my recommendation to purchase as well. While looking around I discovered that there were several other choices, I returned to the counter to inform the gentleman behind the counter that there were more choices and why he simply fobbed me off. Still refusing to move from the stool he said that he was in training. So i then indicated that he should have asked the other consultant who was busy for help. The consultant insisted that he was in training and he did not need to apologise. I left my purchases as they refused to apologise and the young man refused to get off the stool. PATHETIC SERVICE
