Bad service

I went to the store to return clothing. There was no one at the till except for the lady behind the desk. I took out my clothing and slip, she did not greet and proceeded to assist another lady that appeared from no where. I waited a few minutes to see if she would say anything, she did not even look at me. I requested my till slip and clothing back upon which the floor manager I presume said in a raised voice that they would assist me shortly. I left
