We purchased couches Jan 2009 to the value of more than R40 000.00. Only 3 people sit on these couches and already they have fallen apart. How convenient that this happened only a month after the warranty lapsed. Well done to your testing department, you got the timing down to a "t'. You clearly do not care about repeat business. What damage will this do to a company to simply replace them? We have spent all this money before and we certainly could again. Certainly not with the poor service and quality of products you offer. We have every intention of making as many people as possible aware of how your company handles their customers and the dodgy products they sell.
