I purchased to sleeper couches, in the tenth month of the sale, both couch springs popped out. I went to the branch I purchased from and they advised and I quote "they will get someone to come and collect the couches for repair" after a month there was no feedback and I called the branch a d the query was again logged. I further visited the branch on 3 occasions and called several times. Nothing was ever done. I than logged a call with the call centre and they have been stating that they are awaiting the operations manager to assist with the query for a few months now. What a joke. All of a sudden on Friday I asked for a manager and refused to deal with anyone else, only to be told that they no longer sell these couches and that there is no longer a warranty.
What a load of bull!!! What happened to my 12 month warranty on the product of which I logged within the tenth month. Just because your company no longer sells a product and doesn't know what service is doesn't mean you don't take accountability for your brand and the products sold by this brand. I've been promised a call from the regional manager since Monday... Well surprise I'm still waiting.
