Towards the end of February we went to Russell's to report that the "Bravo bed" we had purchased less than 6 months ago has already started to break at the base. The bottom of the base as well as somewhere in the middle it has also broken. As a result the mattress has started to take shape of the broken plank resulting in a terrible night's sleep. It is already 3 weeks later since we reported it and although it has been approved to replace the whole bed, nothing has come of it with broken promises every time from Russell's to deliver our new bed. The after sale service is absolutely disgusting. Russell's are so quick to take your money but when the product is faulty it takes forever for them to replace it.
