I'm VERY disappointed in Russell Hobbs and Checkers Upington, I bought a Russell Hobbs milk frother, after 2 months off saving (yes I had to save) a bought it late January 2013 in Checkers Upington, I was over the moon, at R499.00 it was definitely the save and wait worth, it worked wonderfully... for only max 6 times.
The day a bought it the till slip was put into one of my bags and a milk bag leaked and ruined the slip, I immediately phoned the store and they told me NOT TO WORRY if it brake I can just bring it in and they will replace this... So well I DID NOT WORRY (and I cannot remember whom I talked to) so now after 8 weeks and about 6 times of use its broken, it warms but the spinning thing inside does not work, i'm so unhappy when I took it back GUESE WHAT??? No return without n slip (I don't have the box anymore either) so who was the telling me it's fine, and now its not???
So now I lost R499.00 and have a broken machine, thank you Russell Hobbs and Checkers for ruining something very nice for me, I have only just bought a Russell Hobbs mixer, luckily I have that sl
