I bought ingredients for a pudding which included 2x PnP fresh cream. These items amounted to R150. When making the pudding and adding the ingredients I added the fesh cream and it didnt want to go stiff it curdled in the end which means the cream was bad and it ruined my WHOLE PUDDING and at the end of the day I had to dump it all down the drain and I had to go out and buy cake as I had people coming over and had nothing to put forth! I phoned there customer service line and informed her what happened and she informed me that smart shopper points will be loaded. I phoned them now as I didnt see a difference in smart shopper points and was told that it was loaded and they refunded me for the fresh cream. COME ON WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER PUDDING INGREDIENTS THAT I USED THAT I BOUGHT AND HAD TO THROW AWAY BECAUSE OF YOUR BAD FRESH CREAM! I was just awarded with a sorry but they not going to refund the other products! I couldnt believe my ears! I am so upset and made the decision that with that attitude I will rather take my service to Checkers at least I wont get such HORRIBLE service!
