I regret the day i bought my bed from Bradlows. I bought a Sealy end of June. The bed was expensive and expected good things out of it. First day of sleeping on it, it was having that fun sound common on old beds. When you turn while sleep you hear that irritating sound.
I phoned Comfort working on the store i bought the bed. He said he logged a complain with Bravo who deals with such queries. After many calls to Bravo promising to send inspectors i finally got message that the base of the bed will be replace. I was told it will take two weeks which i was disappointed but still understood. I phoned again after those two weeks and was told they just started manufacturing the base and i need to wait for another two weeks.
Its being two month now and still waiting for the product i'm paying for. I am so frustrated with this. I hate sleeping on that bed now.
