Great service and help

Recently I made a very expense mistake - I paid R5000.00 into my Ackermans account instead of my personal account! Getting no help from my bank I phoned Ackermans Client Services - a very friendly lady called Jacqueline helped me and with her help this money was to be refunded to me! All this happened on a Saturday morning! Within an hour of contacting Ackermans the 1st time I was called back by a gentleman from their accounts department - to confirm that he is working on my refund and that he will personally make sure that it is processed! (Unfortunately I cant remember his name!)
I was again contacted on the Monday by this gentleman to keep me up to date on what was happening! Also on the Wednesday! I received my refund on the Thursday - without having to phone them more that once!
