This is the way all companies should do business

My order from Yuppiechef for three small items was done on line, with EFT payment.
There was continuous communication from Yuppiechef to keep me in the picture, eg. receipt of payment, confirmation of my order and what was ordered, expected ship date as well as a link to the courier where I could check exactly when my parcel was collected and expected delivery date.
I received everything as ordered, at no extra cost for delivery.
Follow up e-mails were received to enquire if all ok, if I am happy with the service and if I am satisfied with the product.
What stood out for me was that the team let me feel special and part of the family, even when my purchase was small. Included with the items was a handwritten card from Carol and the team wishing me well, a fridge magnet and a card with a R1 coin attached (when a knife is bought a coin must accompany it for luck).
These extras have no monetary value but believe me, it all goes a long way to make me feel special.
All I can say is thank you Brad Price, Carol and the team for adding value to my "shopping experience".
I wish our Government departments and call centres could take a leaf out of your book an apply basic business concepts.
