On the 01/03/13 I bought Coverderm foundation from Dis-chem. I am not happy with the product. Coverderm advertised that if a person is not happy with the product, they will gladly take it back. Sunday, 10/03/13 I took the foundation back to Dis-chem. The Cosmeetics Manager refused to return the product as it has been used. Then the excuses started!!! "I am not using the whole range" The whole range will cost /- R1 300.00. When I bought the foundations I specifically asked the sales lady if I will have the same results without using the whole range and she said it does not make a difference. I do feel that I was misinformed to get a "sale". Additionally, I believe that even with the whole range I will still not be happy.
