I bought a well recognised name stick blender which broke in two months time. I then sent it back to the store. They then told me after a month that they couldn't fix it. I simply left it with them demanding for it to be fixed or to be given a new one. they said there is non at the wear house, I reminded them that there are lots of Hub stores in south Africa and gave them a month on it. after 3 months though of waiting patiently I finally got a new blender same name. I upload Thabani and Leon for they were so patient with me and understanding. excellent customer service. Also mom Betrice that was a professionall way of handling your staff (Vusi) in front of the customer.
