I ordered products from the companies "on line" store on or about 7th Feb 2013 to the amount of R2169.99 which included overnight delivery. On the 1st March 2013 when the products had not been delivered I contacted the owner Sharon Gordon and queried the order. Much communication later and becoming increasingly frustrated I cancelled my order with the above mentioned person (4th March) and was promised a refund the following day. I have subsequently emailed Sharon Gordon twice and have had NO reply and surprisingly NO refund has been effected. Could this be? NEVER again will I order from this company, shocking PR
