R30000 for a reclining lounge suite that doesn't

We have a 3 seater that "gets stuck" because of some factory fault/issue and no commitment to fix (Dates).

We purchased the Khama 3 Action Suite that was shipped 12 October 2012 for a purchase price of R27995 and a shipping charge that amounted to R495.

You seem to spend a fortune on marketing and sales people but are VERY thinly staffed for support/repairs.

The sequence of events:
Oct-2012 Complained about "sticking" mechanism was referred to Tygervally branch and told its normal and to give it a couple of weeks to loosen up joints. We gave it 3 months to "loosen".
28-JAN-13 Spoke to Samantha regarding both recliners on 3 seater sticking. Home visit booked for 4-FEB-2013
4-FEB No Show
5-FEB Rebooked for 11-FEB
11-FEB Shaun checked, but was unable to reach a conclusion. Said he would call back
12-FEB No call back, chased it and had a second visit arranged for 24-FEB
24-FEB Shaun August attended but were unable to resolve the issue so recommended a collect and repair
26-FEB Call from Sharinda they cannot collect due to warehouse issues, promise to call following week
No contact as promised.
13-MAR Called Sharinda again she stated the "guy was off and may be back tomorrow"
