BAD SERVICE

On the 11.01.2012, I made a purchase of R149.98 @ legit. I was debited twice from my account as I was using the bank card. I immediately informed the lady whose was helping me her name is Lerato. She told the bank will reverse the money, I asked to speak to the store manager. She told me the same story, her name is Motlalepole. I told them my logic, how would my bank return the money as they are the one who took it from my account. Motlalepole then said on Saturday she will deposit the money into my account as she will get the Reference number from their head office. On saturday it was not deposited up to today, I'm the one who has to call her, today she told she hasn't received the Ref no#. What more proof is needed as my cellphone showed I was debited twice. I want my money back! This BADservice I have received has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, I will never again shop @ Legit.
