Money not refunded after EFT went through thrice

I bought items at legit in Jabulani Mall Soweto on the 2nd of February 2013 and they had a problem with their system so I payed R364 three times I swiped two times and the third time I it went through my cellphone notification reflected that R 726 was paid. I told them immediately and they said it will reverse but it didn't. On Sunday I went back to the store they said i must bring my bank statement. I took my bank statement to Legit on the 9th and they didn't give me my money back. I went back on Sunday and they told me they did not get feedback from head office. This is costing me time and transport money going back and forth trying to sort this out. I need my money refunded immediately as this has affected my budget.
