"Maintanance plan" should be "Maintanance "

KIA Motors South Africa... I used to be your Customer. You have no idea how disgusted I am with your brand! In December 2011 we bought a Brand new KIA Sorento 2.2 CRDI from the Alberton Multi-Franchise, Our reason for buying the car was that we had a bad experience with a Toy@&a and we were told by the sales person the vehicle comes with FULL maintenance plan, and that all we needed to do was pay for tyres.
Two and a half years down the line, when the car has to go in for unscheduled work to sort a few problems out, you sing a completely different tune, very very distasteful indeed, suddenly certain costs are for my account, because it is not part of a scheduled service!
You have to Me KIA! you have not been transparent, you did not inform me that the Service and Maintanance plans are not sold by you, but are handled by third party companies, that have to approve maintanance and servicing issues. Hear me carefully, I was totally pro your brand until today, that said, I WILL BE SELLING ALL THREE MY VEHICLES AND WILL NEVER BUY A KIA AGAIN :(
