Have a policy with Product warranty solutions for a Total Guard Appliance Maintenance plan. Logged a call on 07/06/2013 for an appliance to be repaired. Received a reference number. Somebody called on 10/06/2013 to arrange pick-up of appliance. Have not heard from them since. Tried calling them on several numbers but answering machine gives the same message on all numbers: "Total Guard home care plan is no longer effective". The debit order for the premium was still deducted on 01/06/2013. What is going on? Does somebody else also have this problem?
