Just now one of homechoice operators phoned me and they warn you in the beginning that all conversations are taped. why do they do that. maybe there supervisors can go and listen how rude their operators are when you are not interested in buying anything. they even put the phone down in your ear.
i am a loyal customer to home choice and then they treat you in that way.
i am very disappointed in home choice call centre.
