I am appalled today by Phaphama from the home choice call centre!
i have been fielding calls from home choice for more than a week informing me i qualify to take a tablet and something else.
the calls range from private numbers to 087's i understand advertising but really?
i was called 4times in 1 day and declined the offer each time.
funny enough i had a problem with receiving the wrong order from home choice no one from the call centre ever called me i had to call back almost every day to find out about my order.
today Phaphama called me from the 087 number i had already missed numerous calls from the number so i answered call Phaphama introduced himself and said h was from home choice. i told him i don't want to purchase anything and he had the audacity to start singing he stayed on the line while i relayed to my colleague that he was singing on the line he had the nerve to continue to stay on the line
i have had my reservations about the attitude of the agents in the call centre at home choice and today Phaphama has sealed in my mind that the agents at home choice are without a doubt the rudest.
i don't ever want to receive a call from them eve
