Last year I bought a sleeping couch from Morkels in Gugulethu but we only started using it about 4 months ago when we moved into our new place. I found out that the couch came with wrong base stands that don't fit as a result the couch is sitting flat on the floor. We (and my wife) went to report it and the salesman that assisted us kept on saying they'll get to it. We had to go again weeks later to ask what's happening and they told us that they will call us. A call was done on a friday that week (August 10th) that I will be contacted on a Monday etc to sort this out. Till today nothing has been done about it even when I went to the salesman last week to say I'm waiting, Morkels hasn't done anything about it. For them is all about winning sales and what's after that. They must come and sort my couch or give me my money back because I'm totally not happy with them at all to the point that I will never buy anything from them again.
