NO REFUND AND SHOCKING SERVICE FOR DAMAGED GOODS

I bought a skirt which i thought was a lovely and took it home. I paid R1100 for the skirt as it was on sale which i thought was already expensive but i liked the skirt so much i thought it was worth it. I took it out and put it on the next night as my family and i were going out for dinner that night and i tried it on with a few tops and as i was fitting it i noticed a tear in the fabric. I was shocked. I thought maybe it could be sewn and fixed and went to show my husband how good the outfit looked and showed him the tear. He then noticed more tears in the seams and said it looked awful. I then went to get a new one the next day at the shop and they did not have one, the owner offered to sew the skirt but i said if you buy it new it should not have to be sewn and i kindly asked for a refund. Well the owner went mad. She started screaming at me and swearing and refused to give me a refund and it did not state anywhere in her shop that she doesnt do refunds, i am still waiting for an apololgy and a refund and she was just so horrible i was in tears, i went to management and laid a complaint. I have never been treated so badly at any shop in my entire life. Disgusting.
