I originally purchased a Samsung R580 laptop from them a while ago, and it started giving me some trouble which caused me to having to take it back a few times. I loved the product, there was no problem with the quality of the said product. I think I was just unfortunate to have had the different issues I had. In the end Craig arranged for my laptop to be replaced with a new similarly priced unit with a new full manufacturer warranty. I wasn't being one of the most friendly clients I think, yet they kept their "cool" the whole time.
Once again, thank you for going out the way they did. Too few times one receives praise for doing something right!
