Going The Extra Two Miles

I don't even know where to start. What began as a simple request to log a service call-out to replace the rubber around the freezer and fridge sections of my fridge ended up with KIC replacing the entire refrigerator. It turns out the fridge I purchased about 6 months ago was discontinued so they simply made the call to replace the fridge. This would not have been possible without Dan intervention as I had actually gone into Game Stores to purchase my LG front load washing machine and mentioned to Dan that the rubber was splitting and he promised to do the call-out. Dan really is a superstar and I always look forward to my next purchase from Game :-) If they wanted to turn me into a loyal customer they have definitely succeeded in turning me into a loyal Game Century City customer :-) When my cell contracts come up for review in May, guess where I will be renewing both contracts, Thank you Dan, I really appreciate your excellent customer service, my entire home and office technology is now kitted out from Game because of you and your colleagues.
